Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
Place cubed tofu in a large bowl and pour the glaze over the cubes. Toss to coat.
Place tofu cubes on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.
Remove from the grill and set aside.
Assemble tacos by layering each tortilla with cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and queso fresco.
Top with grilled tofu and serve warm.
