  • 1 package extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Toppings of choice (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, queso fresco. etc.)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  • Place cubed tofu in a large bowl and pour the glaze over the cubes. Toss to coat.
  • Place tofu cubes on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.
  • Remove from the grill and set aside.
  • Assemble tacos by layering each tortilla with cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and queso fresco.
  • Top with grilled tofu and serve warm.
