- 1 lb top sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup blue cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup roasted vegetables
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
