- 4 whole trout, cleaned
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and melted butter.
Season the trout with salt and pepper.
Grill the trout for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve the trout with the cilantro-lime butter.
