  • 4 whole trout, cleaned
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and melted butter.
  • Season the trout with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the trout for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  • Serve the trout with the cilantro-lime butter.
