- 1 ground turkey
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced avocado
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
