  • ½ pound pizza dough
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic-Herb Sauce:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Prepare the pizza dough and spread it out on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Add the zucchini, red pepper, and mushrooms to the dough and brush with olive oil.
  • Place the pizza on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once.
  • To make the garlic-herb sauce, combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Once the pizza is done, brush with the garlic-herb sauce and enjoy!
