Grilled Zucchini with Lemon-Garlic Sauce

- 2 large zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, oregano or rosemary)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the zucchini slices onto the grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
Once the zucchini slices are cooked, brush them with the lemon-garlic sauce.
