  • 2 large zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, oregano or rosemary)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the zucchini slices onto the grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
  • Once the zucchini slices are cooked, brush them with the lemon-garlic sauce.
