- 2 lbs Chicken Breasts
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 Ciabatta Rolls
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Blue Cheese
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 4 Tomatoes
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken with salt, oil and spices.
Grill chicken for about 6 minutes.
Grill the rolls for about 1 minute.
Mix the mayonnaise with blue cheese and spread the mix on half of the roll.
Assemble the sandwiches with chiken ,lettuce and tomato . Serve.
