  • 2 lbs Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Blue Cheese
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Tomatoes


  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chicken with salt, oil and spices.
  • Grill chicken for about 6 minutes.
  • Grill the rolls for about 1 minute.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with blue cheese and spread the mix on half of the roll.
  • Assemble the sandwiches with chiken ,lettuce and tomato . Serve.
