Bacon, Tomato & Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese
This grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomatoes is amazing! Heirloom tomatoes, thick-cut crispy bacon, and artisan bread are used to make it. Bacon, Tomato & Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese
This triple-treat sandwich stars bacon, tomatoes and savory melted three-cheese blend. Sandwich it together yourself or have us do it for you!

- 8 slices thick cut bacon cooked
- 8 slices artisan bread
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spread ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread.
- layer the cheeses bacon and tomato on on slice of bread and top with the other
- Cook on the grill medium low for 3 minutes, or until the sandwich is golden on the bottom and the cheese is melting.
- Flip and press the sandwich with a small heavy cast iron pan if needed to aid in the cheese melting.
