Grilled Crab Recipe

Grilled Crab

- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
- 1 Jalapeno
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 Large fresh crabs
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- To prepare the sauce, mix vinegar, sugar, oil, ginger, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro in a small bowl
- Put the crab in a large pot with water and boil until simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove the crab from the water and remove the triangular part from the middle
- Lift of the crab shell
- Clean gills from the crab
- Preheat the grill to medium heat
- Place the crab, brush it with the mixture you did before and close the lid for about 3 minutes
- Grill the crab on the other side and brush again with the mixture for more 6 minutes
- When the meat becomes opaque, this means that the crab is ready
- Serve the crab on a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges
