Grilled Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe
Pineapple upside-down cake is made from scratch and cooked to tender perfection on the grill. Extra pineapple tidbits make the cake juice and give an extra pop of pineapple. The fun, but scary part was flipping a super hot iron skillet over on a plate to see caramelized pineapple and the sweet red cherry on top.
