A delicious twist to a nontraditional barbecue sauce with lamb ribs

Ingredients
- 2 kgs Lamb Ribs
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare the ribs on a rack
- Make the rub in a small bowl using all the ingredients needed, mix them and rub the ribs with that mix
- Preheat the grill at a medium heat
- Place the ribs on the grill and spray it with a little bit of oil
- after 1 hour, brush the ribs with the cherry barbecue sauce
- Transfer the ribs to a cutting board and cut them into strips, serve aside cherry barbecue sauce
