- 2 lb chicken wings
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
For the garlic-herb butter:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Place the chicken wings in the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- To make the garlic-herb butter, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the wings are cooked through.
