Dad’s Grilled Hot Wings Recipe
Wings are, in my opinion, one of the best finger meals. These whole grilled hot wings are a simple dish with delectable flavors and crispy skin that could be served as an appetizer or a light lunch. The best part is that you only need four ingredients! These are without a doubt one of my favorite ways to make wings.

It’s Father's Day and you know what Dad wants? Hot wings! There’s nothing like Dad's grilled hot wings recipe to celebrate this special day.

- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup BUFFALO SAUCE
- 3 tbsp BBQ Rub
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Toss the 3 piece chicken wings in olive oil to create a binder for the seasoning.
- Season the wings with your favorite BBQ rub.
- Heat up the Big Green Egg grill to 375 degrees direct heat over charcoal. Elevate them by using the expander system so the grate sits higher.
- Grill for 10 minutes, then flip sides
- Before the wings hit 165 internal. temperature, sauce them with your favorite buffalo sauce.
- Let the sauce caramelize before removing from the grill.
