- 2 pounds chicken wings
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
For the Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the wings on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, make the honey-mustard vinaigrette. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
