Grilled Steak and Asparagus Foil Pack

- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 4 steaks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 4 sheets aluminum foil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes
- Place each steak on a sheet of aluminum foil and top with some of the asparagus. Wrap up the foil to form a packet.
- Place the foil packets on the preheated grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve with a side salad or cooked quinoa. Enjoy!
