This is the best, unique grilled cheese sandwich recipe that I have ever made! It is very simple and delicious!

- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 sweat onion
- 1 large tomato
- 8 strips cooked bacon
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over one of the bread slices
- Layer with cheeses, onion, tomato and bacon top with other one
- Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
- over the grill toast sandwiches until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes on each side.
