Grilled Blue Cheese Stuffed Onions Recipe
The blue cheese combines flawlessly with the roasted onion’s delicate, mellow flavor to make an incredible side dish. Blue cheese goes incredibly well together because of the onion’s sweetness. In this recipe, the onion’s center is scooped out, rapidly seared on a very hot grill, and then filled with deliciousness before being cooked. These onions pair beautifully with our grilled beef tenderloin.
