- 4 ears of corn, husks and silks removed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- preheat your grill to medium-high heat
- Brush the corn with the olive oil and season with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is lightly charred.
