- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Light the grill and set it to burn at a medium high heat.
- Put the potatoes into a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Mix the seasonings together and sprinkle over the potatoes, tossing to coat completely in oil and herbs.
- wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place the potato packets on the grill. Put the lid on the grill. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn the packets halfway to promote even cooking.
- Remove the packets from the grill and open very carefully as they will be steaming hot
