- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs (such as oregano, thyme, and/or rosemary)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the mushrooms and lightly brush them with olive oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
