- 2 sirloin steaks
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Meanwhile,in a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for 10minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, shallot, garlic powder ,onion powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined.
- Add the potatoes to the dressing and stir until all the potatoes are evenly coated.
