- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toppings of choice (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place steak in marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
