Grilled Steak Tacos with Honey-Mustard Glaze

- 1 lb flank steak
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, cheese, etc
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add flank steak to honey-mustard mixture and coat steak evenly. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak for 7-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove steak from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
