- 1 block firm or extra-firm tofu, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 8 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into small cubes and place in a shallow bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin until combined.
- Pour the marinade over the tofu cubes and stir to evenly coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill the tofu cubes for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy.
- Heat the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
