Grilled Fish Tacos with Avocado-Cilantro Aioli

- 1 pound white fish (cod, snapper, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, cheese, etc
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add fish and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
