Texas Stuffed Grilled Burgers
In this recipe, you are going to take your burger to a higher level with simple modifications. Even if burgers are traditional and on all restaurants’ menus you can still add your magical touch.
Texas Stuffed Grilled Burgers
Add a great touch to the traditional burger and get out of the box with simple changes

- 5 pounds Lean ground beef
- 6 tbsp worcesterchire sauce
- 2 tbsp Hickory seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Cups Chopped Onion
- 2 Cups Chopped Muhsroom
- 2 Cups Chopped Cooked Ham
- 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Burger Buns
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on high heat and oil the grate.
- In a large bowl, mix together the following: ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, hickory seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Make 20 balls from the mix and flatten them into patties.
- Chop the onions and mushroom into circles
- Add the onion, mushroom, ham and cheese on the half of the patties
- Close the both sides of the bun in a way you don't lose any of the ingredients
- Grill the patties 8-10 minutes each side and wait until cheese is melted and meat is well done.
Notes
As you can figure out from the nutritional information, this dish is high in calories. It is rich in saturated fats which is not a good option for diabetics and cardio patients. If you want to make it a healthier version, you can use a whole wheat bun and skip the cheese.
