- 1 kiwi
- 2 lbs Short Ribs
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Rub the short ribs with kiwi and refregerate in a plastic bag for 8 hours.
- Mix chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne in a bowl for the dry rub.
- Lay the short ribs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the dry rub you've prepared.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook for about 2-3 minutes each side.
