Grilled Pork Tacos al Pastor
Tacos al Pastor are one of my favorite kind of tacos. The delicate pork has been marinated in a delicious marinade. Then it’s grilled slowly, thinly sliced, and served with fresh pineapple, cilantro, and chopped onions. Tacos al pastor are a great weeknight meal, especially for a bug and busy family since its o easy to make.
