We tried this Grilled Skirt Steak Taco recipe at a New Year’s Eve party and it was delicious! The marinade on the steak was super flavorful and grilling it was a breeze. Guacamole instead of the salsa ads a fresh touch and some extra crunch. We used corn tortillas instead of flour for a bit more texture.
This recipe is great for a quick weeknight dinner, and it’s super customizable too. You can switch up the type of meat, the salsa ingredients, and even the type of tortilla. We’ll definitely be making this recipe again in the future.
