Grilled Chicken Kabob Recipe

- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 8 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 5 Small Onions
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Reserve a small amount of marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking.
- Place the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers in the bowl. Marinate the chicken for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to high heat
- Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
- Oil the grill grate. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Brush the skewers with the marinade. Serve.
Notes
Chicken breast is the best option to cook, it is better than thighs because it contains much less fat which makes it desired by most people especially those with health problems or those who are following a special diet. Make sure to add many kinds of vegetables to increase your intake of fibers.
