Grilled Nectarines with White Chocolate-Hazelnut Sauce

- 4 ripe nectarines
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup hazelnuts, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides of the nectarines with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, white chocolate chips, hazelnuts, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture over the butter-brushed nectarines.
- Place the nectarines cut-side down on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes, or until the nectarines are lightly charred and the sugars are melted and bubbling.
