Grilled Marinated Swordfish

- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 Swordfish Steaks
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 4 Lemon Slices for Garnish
Instructions
- In a baking dish, mix the garlic, white vinegar , lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oilg, salt and pepper. Mixto blend .
- Place swordfish steaks into the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning frequently.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill swordfish steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
