Grilled Beef and Broccoli Kebabs

Grilled beef and broccoli kebabs

- 1/2 kg Sirloin steak
- 1/3 Cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown sugar
- 2 Lemons
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 2 Cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Black Pepper
- Green Onion
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high heat
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and ginger.
- Add steak and toss it in the mix until coated. Marinate it in the fridge, at least 15 minutes
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil.
- Put the steak and broccoli in skewers and add all over with pepper.
- Grill the steak until is medium, 8 minutes.
- Squeeze with lemon, sprinkle on top with green onions, and serve in a serving platter

It contains iron, potassium, calcium, selenium and magnesium in addition to vitamins A, C, E, K and a good source of B vitamins including folic acid which are very important for the nervous system.
Regarding soy sauce, make sure to choose a low sodium one to avoid an increase in the blood pressure especially if you have history with hypertension.
