- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the sweet potato rounds with the olive oil.
- Grill the sweet potatoes for 4-5 minutes per side, until tender and lightly charred.
