Grilled Salmon with sesame sauce

- 1/2 Kg Salmon Fillet without bones
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt
- 1 Small Lemon
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup Basil Leaves
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the grill to medium heat
- Rub the salmon with olive oil and salt on both sides
- In a small bowl, squeeze lemon and then add: sesame seeds, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, honey and pepper
- Add a little bit of oil on the grate, and place the salmon after dipping it in the sauce
